I'm 12 years old and believe my last house was haunted. When we moved into the house a few years ago it didn't seem scary at all. Then on the second night at the new house I was laying in bed with my little brother watching TV when suddenly a tall women, walked right in front of the screen. I did not acknowledge the figure I thought I was seeing things.
Several days later my brother was in the kitchen to get something to drink he turned around to see a tall woman with black hair whose head touched the top of the doorway staring at him. After several seconds her ghostly figure just disappeared.
My mom was becoming scared to go to sleep she had a strong feeling that something or someone was staring at her. Mom told me she felt like something was there in the corner of her room just staring at her.
My dad woke up in the middle of the night to see the figure of a tall woman standing on top of the bed staring down at my mom. He shook mom, but she would not wake up, the ghost then glided over to the side of the bed and slowly faded away.
My uncle and his girlfriend then came to stay with us for a couple of weeks. My parents told them about the ghostly woman we had all seen in the house. My uncle and his girlfriend attempted to contact the woman using a Ouija board.
They made contact with a woman who said she had lived in our house. They asked the woman if she was going to hurt any of us (each time he called out our names) the reply spelt out on the board was no, until he got to his girlfriends name when yes was spelt out. His girlfriend started staying in my room as she told me, she did not feel safe in her room she felt as though she was being watched.
One night my mom put a voice recorder in her room. When she played it back the next day over the sound of my dad snoring we could hear a guy mumbling something, then the sound of a woman laughing.
I am now living in a different house, although I have lived in two other haunted houses, none were as active as that first house.
