MICHELLE'S GHOST STORY

Story sent in by Michelle Grassick

I was staying at Loch Lomond in a cottage on Valentine's weekend 2008. When we arrived at the cottage, in the conversatory there was a touch lamp on, which I thought was on to welcome you in etc. So before bed that night i went and swicthed it off at the mains switch at wall.

The next day we went out and my hubby had to return to cottage for something mid afternoon, when he came back, he said to me that the lamp was on again. I thought that odd that it was turned on during the day and we certainly didn't put it on before leaving and why would the owners come in and do it.

I did explain to my hubby that I had switched it off at the mains last night. I thought nothing off it but I was a bit freaked about it and I checked when I went back to cottage to make sure it was off at the mains switch and it was.

During our last night there I woke up at 4.30am needing to the toilet so off I trotted downstairs on my own to discover the light on again. To say i was scared was an understatement. I just don't have a clue about what happened at all.
