I am led to believe the this story is true by my dad, apparently he has a book about the Borley Rectory and our family name 'medcraft' appears in it. My Great Grandfather helped some of the paranormal investigators and scientist's who examined the house, he only lasted a short while in the Rectory due to a hair brush striking him on the forehead whilst descending the staircase, leaving him needing medical attention and not being able to carry on helping with the investigations

I was born in my mum and dad's home, which stands on the site of Borley Rectory. During the twenty years that I livered there some very strange things happend. It is said that teenage girls are more in tune with this kind of thing.
Where the Nuns Walk runs down the back of the properties things have happened that I could not explain, I have seen shadows and figures. In the building itself the lights go on and off and things were moved overnight, it never frightened me, but I grew up with it.
